I love doing all the prepwork.
I love color coordinating.
I think that is partly what drew me to the 21 day color coordinated containers.
I searched Pinterest, Google, the BEACHBODY website, and more to find different ways to write out and organize my meals and menus and what foods I can eat.
This is a sample of what I found. I haven’t started yet, so I can’t yet say how I like it or if it has helped me, but as I go along, I will let you know if it is working for me. If it isn’t- you’ll see new materials pop up!
My calorie goal, based on the calculations in the booklet, is 1200 calories.
My containers for the day include:
- 3 greens
- 2 purple
- 4 red
- 2 yellow
- 1 blue
- 1 orange
- 2 silver
Anyone else in the same calorie range? What are your thoughts on the containers?
